AI-assisted Account Recognition
Iterated from fixed parsing rules to AI extraction and a shorter paste–review–copy–export workflow, with PNG/JPG output for everyday messaging.
Project notes ↗I’m Ivy. I turn operational needs into connected applications, reusable workflows and systems built to keep working.

Project notes ↗Connecting intake, confirmation and follow-up in a reusable workflow.
Built a workflow from employee intake and editable requirement drafts to confirmation, formal documents, notifications and delivery tracking. The current system has successful processing records, with remaining end-to-end checks documented.
Project notes ↗Reusable invoice generation with documented save and readback workflows.
Built a reusable invoice workflow with agent profiles, precise PDF output, automatic numbering, immutable history and a private Google Sheets/Drive version verified in September 2026.
Project notes ↗
Delivered a complete registration system for acbec.com: a responsive frontend, Google Apps Script backend, Google Sheets records and private Drive photo storage. Built email notifications, duplicate-submission protection and an offline PDF-to-import recovery path.
Project notes ↗
Built the full reporting workflow: data collection, comparison, report generation and daily scheduled delivery to designated Lark users through a CLI-driven workflow. Added delivery receipts, retries, failure alerts and watchdog recovery for missed runs.
Project notes ↗Templates for initial outreach, phone-agreed interviews and final confirmation.
Designed three reusable interview-email scenarios and a review-first automation specification, with verified role-relevant personalisation and explicit separation of drafting from sending.
Project notes ↗Customers, records, teams, summaries and onboarding were separate tasks. I brought them into a shared workflow, then kept improving it as the team’s needs grew.

Scattered records and repeated document preparation made it difficult to find information, reuse it consistently and extend the process as the business changed.
I independently built the initial business system and continued to lead its business-facing development: translating operational needs into interfaces, fields, document workflows and iterative improvements.
Start with the daily workflow, build something usable, collect feedback, refine the rules and verify the output. I worked with the technology partner on backend, database and security hardening.
A system used in daily operations, with shared records, reusable information, reporting and document generation. The annual review recorded roughly six months of use at that point; development continued through September 2026.
System context: React / TypeScript · Express · PostgreSQL · Microsoft Entra · AWS · SharePoint / OneDrive. The full platform includes contributions from the technology partner.
I expanded individual and corporate onboarding, added structured review and reporting workflows, and connected supporting documents to SharePoint and OneDrive. Further improvements covered record lifecycle changes, download audit trails, clearer export errors and more reliable attachment handling.
Onboarding · Review · Document workflowsMultiple-record handling and login-time role synchronisation remain open changes as of 15 September 2026. I treat a merged change and a verified production workflow as separate milestones.
Ongoing developmentThe Account Recognition moved from fixed rules and manual screenshots to AI-assisted extraction, reviewed text and direct image export. The improvement came from removing unnecessary steps in the real workflow.
Tools are only part of the work. I also create SOPs, training checklists, templates and handover materials so colleagues can operate and maintain what I deliver.

The workflow moves from pasted account information to structured review and an export-ready table.

My strongest contribution is connecting business operations with practical software delivery. These six areas show how that work translates into capabilities.
Own the path from business requirements to connected interfaces, backend services, data storage and operational delivery.
Independently built the initial CRM, then continued business-facing development with technology-partner support. Delivered ACBEC registration across frontend hosting, Apps Script, Sheets and Drive, including offline recovery.
Reduce repetitive steps by connecting inputs, review points and useful outputs.
Built scheduled data reports delivered to designated Lark users, with receipts, retries and recovery. The Account Recognition combines AI-assisted extraction, human review and direct image export.
Understand how the business works and make information easier to validate and use.
Built order reconciliation tooling and translated customer, team and summary workflows into structured system features.
Carry work through deployment, verification, recovery planning and handover so it can keep running beyond the initial launch.
Prepared offline PDF collection and controlled import for ACBEC, plus receipt-based recovery for scheduled data reports. Documented operating procedures and handover requirements alongside delivery.
Keep the accounts, access and workplace systems behind everyday operations organised.
Managed Microsoft 365 administration across three organisations and coordinated systems and sources for the office move.
Create digital touchpoints and reusable communications materials for external audiences.
Built the GQC website, delivered the member-registration workflow, and supported ACBEC website coordination, publishing and brand materials.
I’m Tian Chen, and I go by Ivy. I build business systems, interfaces and automation that make everyday operations easier to manage.
My background combines computer science with management and financial economics at the University of Sydney. That combination shapes how I work: understand the business problem, make sense of the data, and turn the requirements into a practical tool.
I built GQC Australia’s official website and independently developed its initial CRM, continuing to expand the CRM as the team’s needs grew. My work spans onboarding, review workflows, reporting, document handling and automation, alongside collaboration with a technology partner on backend and security.
I work in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Outside work, ballet and artistic swimming have been long-standing interests.
